Mary Best

Mary Best is the editorial director for BedTimes and Sleep Savvy magazines. She’s also the editor in chief of Sleep Savvy. She joined the ISPA publications team in 2011. Mary has worked as a magazine editor for more than 25 years. Prior to joining ISPA, she served as editor of Our State: Down Home in North Carolina, The Net: Your Cyberspace Companion and United Airlines inflight magazine. She also worked as special projects editor for Furniture/Today. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in English and history as well as a master’s degree in American history from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
