Knoxville, Tennessee-based Mlily has made two additions to its sales team to elevate the brand and its service levels for retailer partners nationwide. Industry sales veteran Diana Genshock has been named to the newly created role of national account sales manager, and Joe Summers has been hired as sales director for the Southwest territory.
According to a news release, Genshock brings more than 20 years of sales experience to her new role, where she will oversee and maintain relationships with national retail accounts. This includes managing key partnerships with large retail chains and big-box organizations. She has expertise in sales and new distribution acquisition, as well as business development, operations and management. She holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Kent State University.
“Diana’s expertise is a great asset for us as we continue growing our national partnerships,” said Chief Operating Officer Kyle Robertson. “She understands the detailed attention these accounts require, and we are excited for the perspective she brings to strengthen our relationships with key retail partners.”
Summers joins Mlily with a strong background in retail sales, business development and relationship-building. His career includes sales leadership roles where he exceeded sales goals and managed complex sales processes in various industries. As a former Division I football player, he is passionate about building teams and strong organizational structure. Summers strives to use his leadership and industry experience to support retailers for long-term success, the news release said.
“We’re excited for Joe to join our team and oversee the Southwest region,” said Derek Leishman, national sales director. “He brings a high level of skill and expertise to the position and will be instrumental in driving sales and building our team in that area.”
