As it heads into 2025, Knoxville, Tennessee-based mattress manufacturer Mlily USA will focus on two key areas to expand domestic production and elevate customer service: pillow production and developing and promoting talent within its U.S.-based team. 

According to a news release, the vertically integrated bedding products manufacturer will add pillows to its domestic production capabilities in the coming year. This aligns with the company’s greater emphasis on helping retailers sell the complete sleep system, with recent introductions in bedding essentials including a variety of pillows, sheet sets, comforters and duvets to achieve the company’s goal of “everything under the cover made in America.” 

Company officials also said promoting talented individuals such as Director of Operations Maher Nahas and Director of Customer Service Jenny Christensen have helped the company achieve its goals in continuous process improvement and enhanced customer service. 

“Under Maher’s leadership, Mlily continues to strengthen its commitment to retailers and our sales team alike. His strategic approach has streamlined operations, ensuring timely production, efficient distribution, and increased support for our partners,” said Derek Leishman, national sales director. 

Nahas has managed the operations and logistics departments for Mlily since 2020. He is responsible for overseeing system implementations, process improvement for ordering, shipping and delivery, as well as inventory control and forecasting.  

Christensen has been with the company since 2018. Initially hired for sales, she quickly earned a leadership role as customer service director. She and her team have helped raise Mlily customer reviews to a consistent rating of 4.5 to 5 stars through a commonsense approach of “treating the customer like I would want to be treated,” Christensen said.  

“Jenny leads a dedicated US-based customer service team that is vital to our commitment to exceptional retailer support,” Leishman said. “Her team’s responsiveness and expertise provide a solid foundation of support, allowing our sales team to focus on growth and partnership development with confidence.” 

Chief Operating Officer Kyle Robertson said Mlily USA is proud to be a part of the American manufacturing landscape and strives to excel in all areas of its business for sustainable growth.
