To help retailers maximize the impact of Black Friday, Oak Lawn, Illinois-based Restonic Mattress Corp. in collaboration with Delia Passi, CEO and founder of WomenCertified, will host an exclusive, invitation-only webinar on November 14, 2024, focusing on how to better connect, engage and sell to women. 

According to a news release, the webinar will feature key insights from the pair’s 2024 comprehensive research, sharing valuable data on female consumers’ mattress-buying behaviors, preferences and motivations. 

“Our partnership with WomenCertified and Delia Passi has been instrumental in understanding the evolving needs of female consumers,” said Julia Rosien, vice president of brand and digital marketing for Restonic. “This webinar will offer our retailers the tools they need to refine their approach and build stronger relationships with their female customers, especially during critical sales periods like Black Friday.” 

During the webinar, company officials said retailers can expect to learn: 

  • How women shop for mattresses, what factors drive their purchasing decisions and how retailers can align their sales strategies to meet these needs. 
  • Proven strategies to engage and convert women customers, backed by the latest consumer data. 
  • Actionable advice from Passi on creating customer experiences that resonate with women, empowering retailers to improve their in-store and online interactions. 

“As women influence up to 90% of mattress buying decisions, understanding their motivations and behaviors is crucial to any retailer’s success,” said Passi. “This webinar will give Restonic retailers the insights they need to better serve their female customers, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations during this busy sales season.” 

The webinar will take place on November 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. EST. Retailers and sales reps invited to the webinar will leave with actionable insights to leverage during Black Friday and beyond. By utilizing the data from the 2024 Women’s Choice Survey, Restonic aims to help its retail partners stay ahead in a competitive market, the news release said.
