Michael Chambers will serve as Rize’s chief customer officer, a new role for the company. He will lead the expansion of merchandising, sales, customer experience, marketing and eCommerce capabilities and execution.
With over 20 years of experience in the home furnishings category, Chambers brings a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to executing Rize’s vision of making every house feel like a home, company officials said.
“I have enjoyed a relationship with the Rize Home team for a couple years, and I could not be happier to work within an organization packed with great people committed to delivering the best possible outcomes in any given set of circumstances,” Chambers said. “The key to every business success story in history begins with exceeding customer product and/or service expectations, and I am inspired by this opportunity to join the Rize Home team on this lofty journey.”
In the role of vice president of strategic business development, Eric Beebe will spearhead initiatives to foster relationships with strategic retail partners. With almost a decade of industry experience and a proven track record collaborating with major retailers nationwide, Beebe brings a wealth of practical expertise, according to a news release.
Previously serving as a vice president of sales for Rize from 2017 to 2020, Beebe’s background includes roles at Vitamix and GhostBed, as well as partnerships with Costco, QVC, Sam’s and Whole Foods.
“I’m thrilled to be back with the Rize Home team and look forward to leveraging my retail experience to enhance the sleep experience,” Beebe said. “Working with industry leaders like Mattress Firm, Sam’s and Big Lots, we aim to build on our legacy of delivering quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.”
