Innovative Sleep Technologies’ residential bedding brand Symphony Sleep has created a comprehensive library of sales training and product assembly videos available to all retail partners at no cost.
Symphony Sleep President John Schulte said the goal of these videos is to provide high-value content that retail sales associates can easily access to develop the knowledge, technique and confidence to sell the St. Peters, Missouri-based brand’s adjustable bases and accessories.
“We know for the RSA to be successful in closing sales they need to be educated on the products, comfortable with their selling story and be consistent in their messaging,” said Schulte. “Since retailers are limited in resources and time for continual and effective training, we are doing our part to help fill that gap. Our instructional sales videos can be a go-to resource for giving RSAs the information and selling strategies to help them close more sales, more often.”
According to a news release, the Symphony Sleep marketing vault contains 20 videos in two groups — one for sales and product education, the other a step-by-step assembly demonstration of adjustable bases and accessories. One of the training videos presents the Symphony Sleep elevated sleep story — a key differentiator that can provide real health benefits to the end consumer.
Schulte added that the video series offers an easy and engaging way to grow the sales ticket by helping RSAs remember each product, their unique lineup of accessories, compelling add-on-stories and how they are compatible and easily installed on the company’s adjustable bases.
Each training video is led by industry veteran and Symphony Sleep Key Account Manager Gerald Steinbaum, who provides large retailers with comprehensive service, sales, and product education.
