Steve Antinori will lead Therapedic Worldwide as executive chairman. Sleep International joined the Therapedic group in 2011 and quickly became its largest factory partner. With more than 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Tampa, Florida, it has steadily expanded across the Southeast and beyond. The company is owned and operated by the Antinori family and Adam Weinman, the company CEO.

“This merger results in a unified organization, built to serve retailers at every level and ready to compete with any brand in any environment. Our network of leading manufacturers lets us do what we do best — make great sleep products and reach more people, more efficiently,” said Antinori.

“Sleep International has made significant investments in the Therapedic brand and has greatly contributed to its advancement in the industry,” said Gerry Borreggine, president & CEO of Therapedic International. “Therapedic Worldwide combines Sleep International’s proven manufacturing and product development expertise with Therapedic’s global brand recognition, marketing power, and licensing network.”

The current Therapedic International leadership team will remain in place, including Borreggine as president/CEO, Susan Mathes as executive vice president, and Kyle Borreggine as vice president of specialty sales. They will continue to work collaboratively with Sleep International leadership that includes Weinman, CEO; Jayme Antinori Rayburn, president; and Chad Antinori, president of Future Coil.

“Therapedic Worldwide will have the ability to create more ambitious and robust presentations of products and services to regional and national retailers,” said Weinman.

A key benefit of the merger will be the incorporation of unique products from Tampa-based Future Coil, one of the nation’s largest spring manufacturing facilities, which currently services Sleep International and other manufacturers throughout the U.S.

“Having state-of-the-art and proprietary spring products and patented features available to the group give us extraordinary advantages”, said Chad Antinori.

Borreggine added, “We all are excited about merging the collective talents and expertise, and we expect great things ahead for our retail partners as a result.”

The newly formed Therapedic Worldwide will hit the ground running with the launch of three new product lines at the January 2026 Las Vegas Market:

  • Therapedic Alternativ™, a six-model line featuring three foam beds and three hybrids
  • Newly revamped, lifestyle-focused Tommy Bahama® Mattress Collection
  • Lloyd & Penfield®, the ultra-premium line

Therapedic Worldwide will welcome guests in Las Vegas in B-946, January 24-29, 2026.
