Leading domestic bedding manufacturer reveals new strategy and collections after deep dive into its offerings and retailer feedback.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn (Jan. 20, 2025) — MLILY USA reveals its evolution as a major domestic bedding producer with the launch of a reimagined line-up of mattresses at this Winter Las Vegas Market, Jan. 26-30. The debut collections reflect a new strategy developed after company leaders did a deep dive into its product offerings and retail partner feedback.
“This 2025 launch signals to our retailers how much we value their feedback and business,” said Derek Leishman, MLILY national sales director. “We’ve made it easier to merchandise and sell MLILY products across all our lines by focusing on the proven features and benefits that consumers value as well as simplifying options and pricing to make it an easier path to purchase.”
In its Las Vegas showroom B-900, MLILY will debut three revamped mattress collections with what the company describes as “fresh features and familiar prices.” The WellFlex and ChiroPro collections are familiar names with new builds comprised of top-selling features and a move toward sustainable materials. The new Midnight collection combines the best of two other lines now phased out.
The 2025 WellFlex collection is inspired by MLILY’s evolution toward sustainability. The 12-inch memory foam model sports a comfort knit fabric cover that features recycled fibers. The core includes BioBreeze™ memory foam, a USDA certified bio-based product, to provide a layer that enhances breathability and comfort. The WellFlex is engineered for optimum contouring to relieve pressure points while also providing support for rejuvenating sleep.
The 14-inch WellFlex ICE is designed from the inside out for long-lasting cool sleep. In addition to an advanced cooling cover, the ICE model combines gel-infused memory foam layers from the original WellFlex with an additional two inches of foam including the Gel AeroFusion® memory foam with ActiveTemp™ phase-change material. The entire collection is offered in 1.0 (firmer) and 3.0 (plusher) comfort feel options.
The 2025 ChiroPro, designed in exclusive partnership with the International Chiropractors Association, underscores MLILY’s commitment to enhancing sleep quality through scientific research and clinical support. Through proprietary foams, advanced materials and construction, the 13-inch ChiroPro hybrid offers enhanced temperature regulation and three-zone support for optimal spinal alignment that promotes proper posture and reduced back and neck strain. The collection is also offered in two distinct feel options.
The new Midnight hybrid collection delivers a luxury sleep experience without the luxury price by combining the best of two lines using advanced cooling materials and technology. The copper-infused memory foam in the 12-inch model provides a plush yet resilient sleeping surface. The copper-infused AeroFusion® layer promotes air circulation while the AdaptiFoam® layer enhances temperature regulation. The Midnight ICE upgrade is a 14-inch model that provides an extra two inches of specialty cooling foam, the ActiveTemp™ phase change material layer, and a cooling cover. All models of the collection are offered in firmer and plusher comfort feels.
