NORFOLK, Va. (December 1, 2025) — Paramount Sleep Company continues to invest in people and partnerships with the addition of Susan Garvey as Northeast key account representative, the promotion of Raven Natividad to marketing and sales specialist, and the hiring of Sofia Vachino as marketing and sales support intern through the Virginia Beach Fellows Program.
Garvey brings more than 20 years of retail and wholesale experience in the mattress industry, most recently serving as a national training specialist with Purecare and previously as a key account specialist with King Koil. In her new role, she will oversee all retailer relationships across the Northeast territory, providing hands-on support, product training, and account development. She will also work to build new relationships with prospective retail partners to further expand Paramount’s footprint in the region.

Susan’s experience and professionalism will help elevate Paramount’s current and prospective retail partnerships to ensure consistent service in this important territory,” said Steve Maddox, director of sales.
In addition to Garvey’s appointment, Natividad has been promoted to marketing and sales specialist. In this new position, she will oversee the execution of marketing strategy and communication across Paramount’s house of brands to ensure consistent storytelling, product representation and customer experience. The role serves as an integral conduit and critical point of coordination to help the company move faster, stay aligned and better support its retail and hospitality partners, said Richard Fleck, company president.
Natividad was previously the sales representative for Southern Virginia to support expansion in the region. Since joining Paramount in 2022 Natividad has demonstrated a natural talent for sales and customer engagement. She successfully grew inside sales to the company’s highest levels in more than five years and established several new hospitality accounts, earning strong praise from design and hospitality clients alike.
Working alongside Natividad is Sofia Vachino as an intern in marketing and sales support. Vachino is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management with a concentration in International Business. A North Carolina native, she was recognized on the Dean’s List seven times for her academic excellence.
Vachino brings hands-on experience from internships with Oceans Exports, where she collaborated on container tracking operations, and Fraley Schilling, where she supported logistics scheduling. Her leadership experience includes service as a Young Life Leader at the Christian Academy of Knoxville and active participation in the Greek Honor Society and Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life Leadership Class.
