Norfolk, Virginia-based Paramount Sleep Co. has promoted two associates to new positions in sales and marketing and added an intern to support growth.
According to a new release, Raven Natividad has been named the new sales representative for Southern Virginia. She previously served as client relations specialist and marketing and sales coordinator. In her new role, Natividad will focus on providing customers in the region with more tailored and immediate representation while also working to expand Paramount’s total mattress business in Southern Virginia.
“Raven has proven herself to be a natural in sales and has taken inside sales to the highest level the company has seen over the last five years. She is also receiving extremely positive feedback from the retail, designer, and hospitality community,” said Steven Maddox, director of sales.
Dave Asuigui has been promoted to Natividad’s former role as marketing and graphic design representative. He previously served as a graphic designer and will develop and produce marketing materials in all media formats, provide digital marketing support and assist the sales team.
Paramount has also hired Ashley Fan as its marketing and sales support intern to assist and collaborate with content creation, rebranding, and customer interactions. A 2024 graduate of the University of Virginia, Fan is a member of the Fellows Initiative, a network of Christian leadership and vocational development programs for recent college graduates, the news release said.
“We’re proud of the contributions that Dave and Raven have made to Paramount’s growth and their promotions are well deserved. We’re also excited to have Ashley join us to begin her career journey. It is in Paramount’s ethos to cultivate servant leadership,” said President Richard Fleck.
