So, let’s talk about sleep and self-care. Self-care starts with a good night’s sleep, so we have to make it a top priority. Sleep is the number one health habit. And when I say health habit I’m talking about physical health. And I’m talking about mental health. So when it comes to those two plus well-being plus quality of life, sleep is paramount.
So we have to make that a top priority. Make an effort to be unapologetic for our biological need for sleep. It’s not a luxury. It’s not something you get when you can get it. It’s something to get every day and to do other things around that sleep time because it’s that important.
