King Koil Sleep Products Canada, a mattress manufacturer based in Calgary, Alberta, has launched the Canadian Intimate Handcrafted lineup, which combines comfort, durability and sustainability to address the evolving needs of Canadian sleepers.
According to a news release, the product range builds on the recently launched U.S. lineup and includes a variety of mattresses designed to cater to different sleep preferences, from soft and plush to firm and supportive. A selection of comfort options available in limited-distribution zones and MAP-protected pricing allows dealers to sell luxury sleep products with protected high-margin opportunities.
The lineup features handcrafted sleep systems with high-quality materials, including high-density AdvantaGel-infused quilting foam, silk and wool fibers, Flexknit special stretch knit in the quilt, charcoal-infused Talalay latex, NextGen engineered latex, Perfect Response micro-nano coils, Perfect Centre zoned coil support and luxury fit and finish features like self-tape, self-fabric-embroidered handles and embroidered front collection and bed information, all brought together with a tailored, hand-tufted finish. The lineup will be bagged and boxed and are available to ship anywhere in Canada with skid minimums.

The Intimate Handcrafted Mattress Collection includes the Moonlit Tight Top, a 14-inch profile, high coil-count tight top, in luxury firm and plush comfort options with a retail price starting at $3,000. Also part of the collection is the Twilight Euro Top, a 16-inch profile, high coil-count Euro top in three comfort options — luxury firm, medium and plush —with a retail starting price of $3,500.
Each mattress in the new line comes with a 10-year manufacturing defect warranty. In addition to enhanced comfort and support, these mattresses are designed with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly, responsibly sourced materials and exceptional craftsmanship, the news release said.
