E.S. Kluft & Co., Greater Good Charities Partner for LA Wildfire Relief

To assist individuals and families affected by the recent wildfires in the Los Angeles area, E.S. Kluft & Co. is partnering with Greater Good Charities and will donate several truckloads of mattresses — a contribution valued at $150,000.

“The recent wildfires in Los Angeles have been devastating, affecting many people and resulting in the loss of many homes. As a company based in Southern California, we wanted to help bring some much-needed relief and comfort to individuals and families as they begin to recover and rebuild,” said John Stowe, managing director of E.S. Kluft & Co., based in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

According to a news release, GGC will distribute the mattresses through local organizations to ensure they are distributed responsibly and reach those most in need. The participating local nonprofit organizations involved include COPE Preparedness, LA Housing, the City and County of Los Angeles and the Michelson Foundation.

“Our hearts go out to the people and families in our community and nearby who have been impacted by the wildfires,” Stowe said. “We wanted to help in any way that we can to provide immediate relief and support. Partnering with Greater Good Charities allows us to make sure that our donations reach the people who need them most, quickly and efficiently.”
