Austin, Texas-based Imagine.io, an AI-powered 3D product visualization platform, has launched Mattress Builder modules designed to connect every stage of mattress design and commercialization, from fabrics and finished goods, through a digital model that can be completely built and rendered in a 3D lifestyle environment in less than 20 minutes.
According to a news release, the Imagine.io Mattress Builder rapidly digitizes materials in a 3D configuration that connects suppliers, manufacturers and retailers in a streamlined workflow. Component suppliers can digitize and share foams, coils and fabrics with manufacturers and designers. Manufacturers can cut sample rounds, test advanced design features and generate sales and marketing assets from a single 3D model. Retailers and brands can create proprietary visuals aligned with brand guidelines, enhance shopper experiences with 3D and augmented reality tools, and even develop private-label collections digitally — all while increasing speed to market and reducing costs, waste and shipping-related carbon emissions.
