Knoxville, Tennessee-based mattress manufacturer Mlily USA is relaunching Mlily U, its retailer portal that gives partners constant access to resources designed to promote, educate and grow their businesses. The upgraded platform features a modernized design, improved navigation and a broader range of content tailored to today’s retail environment.

According to a news release, the new Mlily U includes everything from product details and marketing materials to brand guidelines, 3D assets and social media content, all organized for easy, on-demand access. Retailers can explore updated sales and marketing tools, download product imagery and logos, and stay current on product introductions and programs. Essential assets and resources will be added to the platform over the next few weeks and on an ongoing basis.
“Our goal with Mlily U has always been to equip our partners with tools that strengthen their business,” said Kyle Robertson, chief operating officer of Mlily USA. “The redesigned platform reflects our continued commitment to partnership, making it easier than ever for retailers to find the resources and inspiration they need to succeed.”
The relaunch also introduces new design leadership to the company, with Christie Ralph joining Mlily USA as graphic design manager. She brings 15 years of experience in brand development, digital marketing and design leadership, and has led creative teams across the consumer goods, fashion and lifestyle industries.
Ralph played an integral role in the visual redesign and user experience of the new Mlily U, ensuring that the platform reflects Mlily’s brand identity while remaining intuitive and resource-driven for retail users. As Mlily continues to expand its product lineup and digital tools, she will oversee ongoing enhancements to the platform relevant and timely in supporting retail partners and strengthening the company’s visual storytelling, the news release said.
“Christie’s creative expertise and strategic approach to design are already elevating the way we communicate our brand and support our partners,” added Ray Bishop, director of communications. “Her leadership is helping us shape Mlily U into a true destination for education, engagement and growth.”
