With the establishment of a strong product development team over the past couple of years, the company said the reorganization of its sales team was the next step in its global growth strategy.

“Purecare is undergoing a major expansion, and it’s made possible in large part by fostering talent from within as we align our people and processes for continued growth globally and domestically,” said President and CEO Sean Bergman.

In the area of business development, Johan Bosman and Anthony Petrucci were promoted to senior vice president roles as they partner for international and domestic growth, and both have joined the executive team, reporting directly to Bergman, according to a news release.

As senior vice president of global business development, Bosman leads all new business efforts in the United States and oversees all international customers and prospects. He joined Purecare in 2022 as the vice president of international business.

“Johan joined our team with deep-rooted experience in both hospitality and international sales growth,” Bergman said. “He’s contributed tremendously to our global expansion over the past two years, launching our new UK distributor and our new Chinese licensee, while establishing new business partnerships in Africa and strengthening existing partnerships in UAE just to name a few of his recent accomplishments.”

Petrucci, senior vice president of domestic sales, is responsible for every aspect of Purecare’s domestic retail sales. He joined Purecare in 2014 as director of sales for the East Coast.

“Anthony is truly a leader to our sales team after a decade building successful programs with our retailers and a positive, hardworking and energetic internal sales team here at Purecare,” Bergman said. “He partners incredibly well with Johan, and together they are powerhouse representatives of our brand.”

Helena Yates has been named vice president of business development, after almost 10 years of servicing several of Purecare’s largest retail partners. She was most recently as Purecare’s vice president of account development. As a 16-year veteran of the furniture industry, Yates is well-suited to manage the company’s largest accounts and ensure outstanding service, according to the news release.

A fresh face to the Purecare team, Lisa Mellet joined as senior director of national retail at the beginning of the year. She focuses on big box, e-commerce and furniture retailers and brings 12 years of industry experience to her role, as well as an international perspective, having grown up in South Africa and later Canada.

Industry veteran Lonnie Scheps has stepped into the role of vice president of commercial business, responsible for growth within both the hospitality and commercial arms of the business. His contributions to Purecare’s expansion efforts are backed by nearly a decade with the Purecare team.

As the new director of learning and development, Danny Ramos is significant to Purecare’s focus on providing the industry’s best training, Bergman said. He will assist in strengthening Purecare’s learning and development platform to bring top-tier training to customers. Ramos has been with the company since 2019.

Luzanne Burt was promoted to director of account development after three years in regional training and key account project management roles. In her new role, Burt ensures the success of all programs and projects for key accounts, the release said.

“The depth of talent and diversity of our exceptional team reflects our goal to provide the greatest customer experience as we diversify our customer base in the U.S. and beyond,” Bergman said.
