Rancho Dominguez, California-based manufacturer Diamond Mattress has appointed Mike Juoni, a bedding industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience spanning retail operations, sales leadership, and business development, as its new senior vice president of sales.
According to a news release, Juoni began his career in 1997 at Verlo Mattress, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and franchise operations before advancing into leadership roles focused on retail consultation, systems development and operational excellence. In 2011, he joined Serta to help expand the America’s Mattress program and led several high-impact initiatives in retail strategy, field operations and business development, ultimately serving as vice president of sales for the independent retail channel at SSB. Most recently, he was senior vice president of commercial operations at Corsicana, where he led sales and marketing, helping stabilize the sales organization and reestablish the brand’s market position during a pivotal restructuring period.

The announcement comes during Diamond’s third showing at High Point Market, running April 26-30. The Diamond Mattress showroom is located in Suite 206 at the Atrium on Main.
