Podcasts are a great way to stay informed, learn something new, and get inspired. Even better, they can help you accomplish two things at once, whether you’re listening to make a commute seem shorter or to help you stay on that treadmill a few minutes longer.
With thousands of podcasts out there and more launching each day, we’ve picked six options we think are great for retailers. Find them, as they say, wherever you get your podcasts.
1. “Retail Gets Real” from the National Retail Federation: The NRF’s podcast brings together retail executives, industry analysts, entrepreneurs, and more for informative and inspiring conversations. Topics include consumer shopping trends, success stories, corporate strategies, and the future of retail. Recent episodes to check out: “Adapting to the Rise of AI Shoppers” and “The Innovators Driving the Future of Retail.”
2. “Retail Remix” from Retail TouchPoints: This weekly podcast focuses on the people rethinking retail, with a focus on consumer engagement, the customer experience, and tech advancements that can boost business. Key recent episodes: “How Google Is Redefining the Shopping Journey” and “The Experience Equation: What Retailers Need to Get Right.”
3. “Remarkable Retail” from Steve Dennis with host Michael LeBlanc: Bestselling author Steve Dennis and Michael LeBlanc, the president and founder of M.E. LeBlanc & Co. Inc., promise to help retailers make sense of the rapidly shifting retail environment as they wrestle with everything from tariffs to the adoption of artificial intelligence tools. Greeting Cards.”

Insightful recent episodes include “Start With the Shopper: Lessons in Growth” and “AI Is Changing Your Shopper Journey.”
6. “Before Breakfast” from Laura Vanderkam: This daily podcast isn’t focused on retailing, but we love its quick tips for taking your days “from good to great,” as Vanderkam says. Vanderkam, an author and time management expert, keeps most of the actionable episodes to just 5 or 6 minutes. Examples of her positive, proactive vibe include the episodes “Just One Idea Gets You Started,” “Leave Criticism to the Critics,” and “Unplug to Get Things Done.”
