Edmonton-based mattress manufacturer Araam Inc. has added two experienced retail executives to head its sales team in the provinces of Alberta and Quebec.
Company officials said Brad Copeland has been hired as its sales executive for Alberta. He has more than 46 years of industry experience and began his career with Rogers Sleep Shop, advancing from warehouse worker to store manager and sales trainer. Copeland later represented Springwall, where he earned the title of sales representative of the year and drove substantial territory growth. He has also worked with multiple mattress, upholstery and furniture accessory suppliers across Alberta and Saskatchewan and recently gained experience in home medical equipment with Harmony Wellness Group.
Araam Inc. also named Tania Dionne its sales executive for Quebec. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the mattress industry and has held roles with manufacturers, independent retailers and major chains, including a position as a bedding buyer. Dionne also worked as a trainer, developing sleep galleries and training systems designed to enhance in-store experiences and customer service.
The company also announced that a range of products from Araam’s Sprout Sleep brand — including mattresses, duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors — has received an endorsement from the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Officials said this recognition highlights the brand’s commitment to quality and its products’ potential benefits for improving sleep and health.
