Hank Little, president of Atlanta Attachment Co., will retire Dec. 31. Trevor Fawbush has joined Atlanta Attachment as general manager as Little begins his transition.
Little joined Atlanta Attachment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hickory Springs Manufacturing Co., in 2003 as vice president of sales. In 2006, he moved into the role of president and, according to a news release, Atlanta Attachment grew its business globally while expanding product lines and entering multiple new markets under his leadership. After HSM acquired the Atlanta-based company in 2016, “Little successfully led the commercial teams for the furniture and bedding business units of Hickory Springs and lent his automation expertise to projects across the organization,” according to the news release. “Hank’s dedication, commitment and contributions cannot be adequately noted here but have left a permanent mark on AAC and laid the foundation for AAC’s new era of growth.”
Mark S. Jones, HSM president and CEO, added: “Hank’s 20-plus years of dedicated service helped shape AAC into the global leader for sewing automation it is today, and his invaluable contributions will be dearly missed.”
After retirement, Little plans to spend more time with his family in Louisiana, fishing and “Jeeping” as much as he can. He will continue to work with the company in an advisory role.
Fawbush, in his new role as general manager, will take on overall leadership responsibility for Atlanta Attachment, including sales and operations. He reports to Mark Strohmaier, president of diversified products and services for HSM.
“The collaboration has already started with Trevor, and I am confident in his ability to continue AAC’s leadership across the market segments we serve,” Little said.
Fawbush previously served as president of Geo T. Schmidt, a global manufacture of laser and pin marking equipment and parts for product identification and traceability needs across industries. He has held leadership positions across multiple manufacturing companies during his career.
