Restonic Mattress Corp. has reached licensing agreements with companies based in Indonesia and Peru. With the addition of these two new licensees, the Oak Lawn, Illinois-based bedding producer is now operating in more than 50 countries worldwide.

According to a news release, PT. Graha Seribusatu Jaya joins Restonic as its exclusive licensee in Indonesia. The family-owned company, based in Bandung on Java Island, recently celebrated its 32nd anniversary and brings decades of expertise to the partnership. With a population of 279 million across more than 17,000 islands, Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world, with a growing economy and emphasis on health and wellness.

“This licensing deal with PT. Graha Seribusatu Jaya represents a strategic move to strengthen the Restonic brand in the Southeast Asian market,” said Laurie Tokarz, president and CEO of Restonic Mattress Corp. “The Republic of Indonesia, with its burgeoning population, offers fertile ground for multi-year expansion in both the manufacturing and retail sectors.”

El Cisne, headquartered in Lima, Peru, joins Restonic as the exclusive licensee for Peru, Bolivia and Chile. With a heritage spanning 38 years, El Cisne is known for its high-quality sleep products and innovative solutions to these South American countries, which are experiencing rapid economic growth and a rising focus on wellness, the news release said.

“Our partnership with El Cisne represents an exciting opportunity to bring Restonic’s exceptional sleep solutions to the region,” Tokarz said. “With its well-established presence and reputation for quality, El Cisne is the ideal partner to help us grow our brand in South America.”

Company officials said these partnerships mark a significant step forward in the brand’s efforts to deliver exceptional sleep solutions worldwide and highlight Restonic’s commitment to expanding its global brand presence while fostering strong relationships with local market leaders.

“These partnerships with PT. Graha Seribusatu Jaya and El Cisne reflect Restonic’s ability to connect with local markets while delivering world-class sleep products,” Tokarz added. “Together, we’re building a future where better sleep is within reach for more people around the world.”
