Princeton, New Jersey-based mattress brand Therapedic International has made upgrades to its PromoBoxx platform, a digital marketing platform with customizable assets to support its dealer network. In 2019, the company became the first to offer PromoBoxx to its entire network, a service it provides free of charge.
“PromoBoxx is a premier digital marketing platform designed to simplify and amplify local marketing efforts for retailers,” said Susan Mathes, vice president of brand relations for Therapedic International. “By providing access to it at no charge, we’re ensuring that our dealers can execute high-quality, on-brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, all tailored to reach local customers effectively.”
PromoBoxx is particularly important in today’s sluggish retail environment, helping free up dealers’ time and resources for more strategic activities. Therapedic’s recent updates to PromoBoxx include additional individual campaigns, automated campaigns to streamline marketing activities and sample monthly content calendars for users to plan with. As a result of the updates, data from Therapedic dealers showed significant growth in digital marketing. According to a news release, when compared to the same time last year, there was a 147% increase in overall monthly activity, a 225% increase in monthly automated shares on Instagram and a 129% increase in monthly organic campaign activity on Facebook.
